Projects
With a diverse portfolio of projects spanning the Southeastern United States, Homes Urban has created communities ranging from complex urban infill mixed-use to suburban garden-style to single family rental. Our selected sites are prime, our designs are livable and in context with their surroundings, and our business and operational fundamentals are sound. We have been on the leading edge of our industry developing housing in urban cores since the early 2000s, and partnering with municipalities to provide housing where new ground-up multifamily had not been constructed in years. We have also been on the forefront developing single-family rental housing communities before this product type became mainstream. In every case, our developments are sensitive to site and localized market conditions and have been created and executed in careful context with the individual fabric of the communities in which they are located.
